1915 Lanzhou Beef Noodles was established on 22 September 2014 who inherits the traditional Lanzhou beef noodle “old soup, handmade, original flavor, inheritance, and leapfrog” concept. It not only displays the local cultural characteristics but also the fashionable new beef noodles. We committed to being the pioneer and promoter of Lanzhou Beef Noodles to the world.
In 1915, Mr. Ma Baozi created the Lanzhou beef noodle taste standard. one white (soup), two white (radish), three red (chilli sauce), four green (leek & spring onion), five yellow (noodles).
Every bowl of delicious noodles, we made it with heart, skills, and secret ingredients. By showing the world the deliciousness of 1915 beef noodles, we are hoping to spread the beef noodle culture and become the ambassador of Lanzhou history & culture, meanwhile to demonstrate the charm of Chinese cuisine to the world.
